The problem
The average mid-market company runs more than 250 applications. A large share of that spend has no clear owner, because the person who bought a tool has moved on or the tool was adopted by a team that never registered it with procurement.
Decisions about what to keep, replace, or retire get made one tool at a time, at the moment each renewal or complaint surfaces, without a view of the whole portfolio. A decision that makes sense for a single tool can be the wrong decision for the portfolio, and there is no way to see that from inside one renewal.
What we do
We map the full application landscape, so every application you pay for sits in one place with its cost and its owner. We identify replacement and consolidation candidates through semantic matching of what each application does, which finds tools that serve the same function even when they sit in different categories.
We then sort everything into four lanes: replace, consolidate, migrate, or retain. Each recommendation carries the business context behind it, the workflows the tool supports and the reasons it was adopted, so the recommendation holds up when the tool's owner pushes back on it. A recommendation that survives that conversation is one that gets acted on. The first sorted view is ready in about ten business days.

A portfolio decision is only useful if it survives contact with the person who owns the tool, and those owners and their reasons are specific to your company. We attach the business context to every recommendation so it holds up in your own review, rather than handing you a generic list that stalls the first time someone objects.
